Terms of Service

EdgeStudio is a trading journal and analytics product for discretionary futures traders. It is built to help users import, review, annotate, and analyze trading activity. EdgeStudio is not a brokerage service, a market data provider, or an execution venue.

The product is currently designed around Sierra Chart workflows. Availability of features may change as the product evolves.

EdgeStudio does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, portfolio management, or guarantees of performance. All analytics, dashboards, tags, exports, and review features are informational tools only.

You remain solely responsible for your trading decisions, risk management, compliance obligations, and interpretation of any data generated by the product.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate account and billing information and keep it reasonably current. You may not share access in a way that bypasses the intended subscription model or product limits.

EdgeStudio currently offers a standard free-trial flow with billing setup handled through Stripe. Promotional trial variants may also be offered from time to time.

After the applicable trial period ends, the subscription renews automatically on the recurring billing schedule shown during checkout unless canceled beforehand.

Subscription management, payment method changes, and cancellations are handled through the Stripe billing portal made available inside the app.

You agree not to:

• Use the service for illegal, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
• Attempt to bypass authentication, subscription checks, rate limits, or other product controls.
• Reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, or resell the service or proprietary integrations except where applicable law clearly permits it.
• Interfere with the stability, security, or availability of the site, application, API endpoints, or connected workflows.

EdgeStudio, including its software, UI, branding, content structure, and product-specific integrations, remains the property of its operator or licensors.

Subject to these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the service for its intended purpose during an active subscription or valid trial.

You retain ownership of the trading and journal content you upload or create in the service. You grant EdgeStudio the rights needed to host, process, store, and transmit that data solely to operate and support the product.

You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of the data you upload, including imported trade files, screenshots, notes, and optional integrations.

EdgeStudio is still in a beta / soft-launch stage. Features may change, be improved, be paused, or be removed as the product hardens for broader launch.

We aim for reliability, but uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Maintenance, provider outages, security issues, or product changes may affect availability.

Access may be suspended or terminated if these terms are violated, if billing is not resolved, if the service is abused, or if continued access creates a security, legal, or operational risk.

You may stop using the service at any time and may cancel recurring billing through the Stripe portal before the next renewal.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

EdgeStudio is not liable for trading losses, missed opportunities, corrupted imports, third-party outages, or other indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, total liability related to the service is limited to the amount you paid to EdgeStudio during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These Terms may be updated as the product and business model evolve. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
